MRP tag, barcode, and all original labels must be intact

Original Packaging

Product must be returned with complete original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any)

Pickup will be scheduled only from the original delivery address

Visual Evidence Required

Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue must be shared at the time of the request
(We recommend recording the unboxing process to speed up resolutions.)
